High-bay automation with a holistic approach – the fully automated Neumaier narrow-aisle concept offers top performance and maximum efficiency. The FK600 automated narrow-aisle stackers achieve up to 300% higher productivity and 45% higher storage density thanks to the use of all-electric precision positioning axes in conjunction with the automatic triple stacking function.

The wheel-driven Neumaier narrow-aisle forklifts are guided and localised in the narrow aisle via induction. Fine positioning is controlled by sensors. The sensor-guided storage and retrieval processes of the load carriers take place with telescopic forks that can be extended on both sides (alternatively, the narrow-aisle stacker is also available with a swivelling-pushing fork). An integrated clamping device centres the load carriers during each storage and retrieval process. This guarantees that the load carriers are always perfectly lined up and positioned when being stored in the racking and that the load carriers are secured during travelling and lifting movements of the narrow-aisle stacker. It goes without saying that the narrow-aisle trucks and the racking aisles are PPE-protected with sensors and laser technology to ensure safe operation.

To round off the holistic approach, Neumaier also supplies the appropriate conveyor technology, the order picking technology with a sophisticated operating concept and management software (MFC) including a full IT connection and interfaces to the WMS / ERP.
